The Works Search is a search consultancy for the PR and corporate communications industries.
It was established in 1997 with a mission to secure the industry's best senior PR & corporate communications professionals for their clients. Having placed over 900 board and senior-level communications professionals, the Works Search has shaped exciting careers for years.
Our challenge was to bring an older large non-responsive website up-to-date with a structural overhaul, using a detailed analysis of existing content and to integrate critical data from multiple sources into one key database behind the new website.
The result involved the recategorizing of content, building a filtering system for the newsroom, a database of their existing regular news articles, a job posting system and homes for their knowledge bank content, and the industry-leading annual salary survey.
With key page one rankings in Google for 'PR Recruitment Agency', 'PR Recruitment Agency London', 'PR Recruitment Agencies', 'Communications Recruitment Agency' we're feeling rather pleased with the results so far.
The Works Salary Guide is an annual report that has become a benchmark tool in the PR and Communications sectors. It looks at salaries, bonuses, and benefits, as well as the trends and differences across in-house corporate comms teams and corporate agencies within the PR industry.
