Recruitment Website for Matchking

Matchking specialises in recruiting marketing professionals for the information technology, telco and high-tech markets.

Operating in markets that move rapidly, innovative constantly and are subject to frequent changes in trends. Matchking wanted to redesign their website to reflect the fluid nature of these business environments and to express more clearly why they are the recruitment agency of choice for these sectors.

The quote on the home page personifies their people to people approach 'It's why people pop in to say hello and chat about their CVs over coffee, and why candidates become clients, and clients become candidates'.

As part of the recruitment website design, we focussed on simplifying much of the existing content, adding many of the numerous testimonials they've received from clients and candidates alike over the years. And at the same time brought to the fore the company ethos, which focused on six key pillars.

These six key pillars of 'Putting People First', 'Requirement Profiling', 'Short List Optimisation', 'Workflow Management', 'Communication' and 'Network Investment' helped differentiate Matching. So we developed iconography for each positioning them at crucial points throughout the site.

We also introduced a visual mnemonic of green and blue colours from their corporate identity coming together as one, which was utilised throughout the site to denote how both clients and candidates are critical to Matchking's success.

The website, built on a Craft CMS platform, integrates with a recruitment marketing and CRM software delivered by Firefish Software.
